Shipping Rates

We charge a flat rate of $8.99 for shipping on all orders under $75. All orders over $75 receive free shipping! All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service.

Prefer to pick up? Choose free store pickup at checkout and collect your order at our St. Pete shop, 2626 Central Avenue, Unit A, St. Petersburg, FL 33712.

Where We Ship

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in the United States. At this time, shipping outside of the U.S. is not available.

Order Processing & Shipping Times

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5 business days of being placed.

Our business days are Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and recognized holidays are not considered business days.

Please note that processing times may be extended during holidays, vacations, severe weather events, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Processing time refers to the time it takes for your order to ship and does not include the carrier's delivery time.

Damaged Items

If there is any damage to the packaging at the time of delivery, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused and in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
